Beef

All Corkshire’s Beef is sourced from the Midwestern United States. We sell Braveheart Black Angus and Certified Hereford Beef. All Cattle selected are fully path proven with full DNA traceability. Cattle are grass fed for 85% of their lives and finished for the the remaining 15% on private feed lots where they are fed brewers grain. All cattle are 100% free roaming and never travel any more than 100 miles from ranch to slaughter. Our beef are aged for 21 days before sale.

Pork

Allegiance pork is sourced in the Midwest from a single family farm. This pork is also part of the PathProven® program, to ensure the highest quality, great marbling, fork-tender, delicious taste. Allegiance comes from the top 20 percent of hogs available in the United States. The hogs raised for Allegiance are bred from Duroc males, which are known for exceptional pork quality, outstanding growth, impressive muscle and unmatched tenderness, and Yorkshire/Laundrace females, which are known for large litters, excellent temperament and very good growth. Allegiance hogs are fed on a local-farmer-grown corn diet, which contributes to the beautiful marbling that produces superior flavor, juiciness and tenderness. Products for the Allegiance brand are hand-selected based on color and marbling.
